► Though it’s hard to pick just one (and Samantha cut it close), I’ll have to go with Angela Bower. In many ways, Angela’s sort of like me, which endeared her to me from the first episode I saw. As I watched her grow throughout the eight seasons I kept rooting for her to reveal her true feelings to Tony and to break out of her shell a bit. Plus, she had a little bit of an underdog quality you couldn’t help but adore. Judith Light played her perfectly (and here’s a good place to congratulate her on her Tony win! The award… not Danza…). So I choose Angela.
